Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. Check-out ends at 11:00 AM. Hilton lists 234 rooms across 15 floors, free Wi-Fi, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, a concierge, a boutique, electric vehicle charging, and meeting rooms. Guests can eat at the on-site restaurant or drink at the Trophy Room bar.

The building opened under the name Chancellor Hotel. Experience Fayetteville says the hotel became a Graduate property in fall 2019. Older booking pages may still show the Chancellor name, so search for the new name.

Pets are welcome, with a limit of two per room. Hilton sets a weight limit and charges fees, so confirm the current rules with the front desk. Parking carries a fee, so ask about self-parking and valet options when you reserve.

Inn at Carnall Hall

The Inn at Carnall Hall sits on the University of Arkansas campus at the corner of Maple Street and Arkansas Avenue, according to Experience Fayetteville. Experience Fayetteville describes the location as just steps from Dickson Street.

The building opened in 1905 as the first all-women dormitory in Arkansas. Officials named the hall for English professor Ella Howison Carnall. A renovation reopened the building as a hotel in 2003. Arkansas.com reported 50 guest rooms at the reopening, so confirm the current room count by phone.

Experience Fayetteville lists free high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen television, a Keurig coffee maker, premium toiletries, and free access to the university fitness center. Accessible rooms and two State Rooms exist. Ella’s Table serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Lambeth Lounge serves cocktails, wine, and small plates.

Talk Business and Politics listed the phone as 479-695-2100 in 2009. We did not confirm the number today. The same report described views of Old Main, a deck above the nightlife, antique decor, and a rooftop wine bar. Hours and services change, so ask what the inn offers now.

Pick this inn if you want a small property with a long Dickson Street address. Expect noise on busy nights, since the inn sits in the nightlife zone.

We did not find street addresses or phone numbers on the board pages, and we did not confirm details at the official brand sites. Treat each line below as a starting point and verify by phone.

Hilton Garden Inn Fayetteville

A 2014 trade report counted 115 guest rooms and listed a fitness center, an indoor pool, the Garden Grille and Bar, and a 24-hour pantry. Rooms carry a mini fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. The same report put the hotel one mile from the University of Arkansas. Experience Fayetteville puts the hotel two miles from the stadium. The two figures use different starting points, so check a map.

The Stonebreaker Hotel

The Stonebreaker Hotel opened on Markham Hill in 2025, according to Talk Business and Politics. The hotel stands within walking distance of Razorback Stadium. A restaurant called The Stonebreaker serves seasonal dishes from Northwest Arkansas producers.

We did not find an official page for either, so ask about the current brand, room type, and policies.

Chief Motel and The Clementine on College

The board lists Chief Motel on College Avenue and describes budget rooms. The board also lists The Clementine on College, a motel built in 1965 with eight units, kitchenettes, and a restaurant. Both sit along the College Avenue corridor, which carries Highway 71. We found no phone numbers or official pages, so treat both as single-source listings.

Bed and Breakfast and Retreat Stays

Fayetteville has a few stays outside the standard hotel mold. Stay-Inn-Style Bed and Breakfast stands at 117 West Rock Street, one block south of the historic downtown square. Interstate 49 runs through the region. Travelers from Tulsa can use US Highway 412. The nearest passenger train stop on the Texas Eagle line sits in Little Rock, about a three-hour drive.
