The fort is closed all winter
Fort Ticonderoga’s 2026 season runs 2 May to 25 October, Tuesday to Sunday, 9:30am to 5pm. Closed Mondays, and closed entirely outside those dates. A winter visitor to Ticonderoga gets nothing from the fort, which is worth knowing before booking a February weekend.
The Star Trek set tour is still running
The Star Trek Original Series Set Tour at 112 Montcalm Street is open Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm, closed Mondays. Phone 518-503-5497.
Two dates will saturate the town’s three hotels: a 60th Anniversary event on 8 September 2026, and Trekonderoga from 18 to 20 September 2026. Book those months ahead. The tour also notes a ticket price change from 21 September to include the Galileo.
