Intrepid Tickets: The Concorde Is the One Thing Not Included

Good news on two of the three headline exhibits. The Space Shuttle Pavilion and the submarine Growler are both included in general admission, along with the carrier itself and all 26 aircraft.

The Concorde is not. It opens only for private guided tours at $13 extra, which must be reserved — ideally at the same time as your admission, not on arrival.

Prices

  • Adults 13–64: $38
  • Seniors 65+ and college students with ID: $36
  • Children 5–12: $28. Under-5s free.
  • US veterans and active military: free.
  • NYC residents: 50% off, with a government photo ID showing a five-borough address, or a utility bill matching a photo ID

That resident discount halves a $38 ticket, so bring proof of address if it applies to you.

Other paid extras: G-Force Encounter and the Apollo 11 VR at $13 each, Stories of Intrepid 4D $11, the Highlights Tour $17.

Booking and the escape hatch

Timed entry is mandatory, within a 30-minute window, and there is no early entry. Tickets are digital only — print-at-home has been discontinued.

Tickets are non-refundable, but the museum will reschedule you to any date within a year if you cannot make it. That is a more generous policy than most New York attractions, and worth using rather than writing off a ticket.

April to September: weekdays 10am to 5pm, weekends and holidays to 6pm. October to March: daily 10am to 5pm. Last entry an hour before closing. Under-16s must be with an adult. The steel flight deck gets very hot in summer.
