Tower of London Tickets: The Last Warder Tour Leaves at 2pm
Posted in :
Historic Royal Palaces will tell you the Tower is quieter after midday. True — but the last Yeoman Warder tour leaves at 2pm, and those tours are the best thing included in the price. Arrive at 2.30pm and you have traded the crowds for the content.
There is also no re-entry. Once you leave, that is the visit.
Prices
- Adult £37.00, or £40.70 with the optional 10% donation that enables Gift Aid.
- Child 5 to 17: £18.50. Under-5s free. Carers free.
- Concession (65+, student, disabled): £29.50. Groups of 15 or more: £34.10.
- £1 tickets for people receiving Universal Credit, Working Tax Credit or Pension Credit, and for Tower Hamlets residents year-round. These sell out well ahead.
HRP publishes no gate surcharge, so the familiar “cheaper online” advice does not obviously apply here. It still recommends pre-booking, simply because timeslots sell out.
Hours and passes
Open 9am to 5.30pm, last entry 4.30pm. Gun salutes cancel the 1pm Warder tour. London Pass holders are admitted but cannot pre-book — you get the next available slot, which on a summer weekend can mean a wait.
