Bernabeu Tour Tickets: Avoid the Day Before a Match Too

The Bernabeu tour stops 5 hours 30 before kick-off, and the changing rooms and dugouts are shut on match day and the day before. Full price, no refund.

Everyone knows to avoid match day. Fewer people know to avoid the day before it.

  • On match days the tour runs only until 5 hours 30 minutes before kick-off. A 9pm kick-off kills it from 3.30pm. A 4.15pm Sunday kick-off kills it from 10.45am — effectively the whole day.
  • The changing rooms and dugouts are closed on match day and the day before. You pay full price for a tour missing the two rooms most people come for, and tickets are non-refundable.

Check Real Madrid’s fixture list before you pick a date. It is the whole game.

Prices

TourOnlineTicket office
Classic Tour€37€40
Classic + RM Games€59€62
Classic Flexible Time€44€47
Guided Tour€56€59

Madridista Premium members pay €29 for the Classic; membership is €35 a year, so it pays back on two visits. Real Madrid does not publish a child price on its own site, though authorised sellers split tickets at ages 5 to 14 and 15-plus.

Tickets are locked to the date and time chosen, non-changeable and non-refundable. Classic Flexible Time at €44 is the only tier that loosens that.

What you actually see

The museum, panoramic stadium views, the changing rooms and dugouts, and the press room subject to availability. Worth setting expectations on one thing: the retractable pitch is stored underground except on match days, so most tour visitors are looking at a bare bowl rather than grass.

There are a lot of stairs. Open Monday to Saturday 9am to 7pm, Sundays and holidays 9.30am to 6.30pm. Closed 25 December and 1 January.

Sammie O publishes Germ Trips, a travel guide covering hotels, restaurants, airport transfers and chauffeur services. The guides aim for practical detail and a clear recommendation rather than an undifferentiated list. Where a town has no good option, the guides say so and point to the nearest one that does. Guides are AI drafted. A small number have been checked against official listings, and those say so on the page.
