Last Supper Tickets: There Is a Release Every Wednesday at Noon
The Last Supper releases tickets quarterly, but also every Wednesday at 12:00 for the following week. Face value is 15 euros and the visit is 15 minutes.

The Cenacolo Vinciano is the hardest ticket in Italy, and the reason is that almost nobody outside Italian-language sources knows about the second release.
Two release mechanisms, not one
- Quarterly drops. Roughly three months of dates go on sale at once, at 12:00 on an announced day — September for November to January, December for February to April, March for May to July, June for August to October. These sell out in minutes.
- Every Wednesday at 12:00, additional tickets are released for the following week. Online only, individuals only, maximum five. This is official, weekly, and it is the realistic route in for anyone who missed the quarterly drop.
Free first-Sunday tickets are released the preceding Wednesday at 12:00 on the same basis.
Price, and what resellers charge
Official face value is €15 for adults, €2 for EU visitors aged 18 to 24, free under 18. Whether a booking fee is added at checkout is not published on any current official page, so we will not print a total.
Third-party skip-the-line and guided-tour listings sell the same slot at several times that. Some include a real guide and are a fair trade; many do not. Either way, none of them is an official channel.
The official channels
- Online, maximum five tickets. Ticketing moved to a new shop, so older guides pointing at the previous platform are sending you to the wrong place.
- By telephone on +39 02 92800360, maximum nine. A genuine official channel, and underused.
- By email for groups of ten or more.
The visit is fifteen minutes
Exactly fifteen, in a group of up to forty, and you must be at the ticket office thirty minutes before your slot or you forfeit entry. Tickets are nominative — names go in before payment and can be changed up to 24 hours before — and are non-refundable and non-transferable as to date.
Open Tuesday to Sunday 08:15–19:00, last admission 18:45. Closed Mondays. Since December 2024 the Cenacolo has been managed by the Pinacoteca di Brera.
Access is good: a step-free route, a tactile model of the painting, audio descriptions for blind and low-vision visitors, sign-language video guides, and free entry for disabled visitors plus a companion.
