Anne Frank House Tickets: Tuesdays at 10am, Six Weeks Ahead

One sentence decides whether you get in: every ticket is released at 10am CEST on Tuesday, for a visit exactly six weeks later. One drop a week. The whole day’s inventory goes at once, and popular dates go within minutes.

Set an alarm for 9.55am CEST on the Tuesday six weeks before your date, logged in and ready.

There is no second chance

• No door sales. The museum’s own words: “There is no ticket sales in the museum.”
• No waiting list. If a date shows sold out, it is sold out.
• No same-day release. Only the weekly Tuesday drop.
• No refunds, for any reason, including a cancelled flight or train.

The thing to be careful about

Search results for this museum are dominated by sites that are not the museum. Third parties cannot sell Anne Frank House admission — the tickets are non-transferable and sold only on annefrank.org.

What those sites sell under names like “skip-the-line Anne Frank” are neighbourhood walking tours that do not go inside the building. They may be perfectly good tours. They are not entry.

Prices and hours

• Adult €16.50, ages 10–17 €7.00, ages 0–9 €1.00. All include a €1 booking fee.
• Museumkaart and ICOM holders pay €1.00 — but still book online, in the same Tuesday scramble.
• The I amsterdam City Card gives no discount here. None.
• Adding the 30-minute introductory programme costs €7.00 more, in English, ages 10 and up.

Open daily 9am to 10pm. Closed 21 September 2026 for Yom Kippur and 22–24 September for maintenance.
