Moco prices by time of day, not by date. The museum says so itself: cheaper slots early and late, with discounts up to €5. Book the first or last entry and you pay less and miss the midday crush in what is a small, stair-heavy villa.

Booking online saves up to 20% against the door rate. Door sales exist, at the higher standard price.
Which pass does what
Worth getting straight, because they differ. The I amsterdam City Card includes admission. The Museumkaart does not — Moco is privately owned — but it gives 30% off, online or at the door.
If you hold a City Card, follow the museum rather than the card’s own listing: Moco’s FAQ says to reserve a slot first, and warns that without one it cannot guarantee immediate entry.
Practicalities
Open daily 9am to 8pm. Standard tickets carry a five-minute margin on the slot; Premium and Flex tickets let you arrive any time. Villa Alsberg has no lift and a lot of stairs, and is not wheelchair accessible.
