Burj Khalifa Level 124 and 125 Tickets: AED 189, Time-Locked
At the Top levels 124 and 125 is AED 189 on the official site, with no prime-hour tier published. Entry is locked to your booked time with no grace period.
Sammie O
AED 189 for an adult on At the Top’s own booking site, for levels 124 and 125. That is the observation deck at roughly 452 metres — not the higher, dearer Level 148 experience, which is a separate product.
The prime-hours question
For years the deck priced sunset hours higher than the rest of the day. The official booking pages now show a single AED 189 figure with no prime or non-prime split. Resellers still advertise “non-prime hours” products. Whether the operator has flattened its pricing or simply stopped publishing the tiers is not stated, so compare a reseller’s non-prime price against AED 189 before assuming it is a saving.
Booking rules
- Timed entry is mandatory and the ticket is valid only for the exact date and time bought. No grace policy is published.
- Cancellations only up to 24 hours before.
- UAE residents get 50% off — AED 94.50 — with the code SAVE100.
- Under-3s free. Children 3 to 16 need an accompanying adult ticket and adult supervision throughout.
- Open 10am to 8pm daily, last entry 7pm.
Walk-up queues in peak periods have been reported at one to two hours, and there is no separate walk-up allocation to fall back on. Booking ahead is the whole game here.

Sammie O publishes Germ Trips, a travel guide covering hotels, restaurants, airport transfers and chauffeur services. The guides aim for practical detail and a clear recommendation rather than an undifferentiated list. Where a town has no good option, the guides say so and point to the nearest one that does. Guides are AI drafted. A small number have been checked against official listings, and those say so on the page.
