Book a slot, and find the right door
Tickets are for a 30-minute entry window, and a set number is released per window, so periods do sell out. Walk-ups are sold on availability only. Arrive 15 minutes early.
The entrance is on Jackson Boulevard, on the south side of the building — not the Wacker Drive address people put into a map app.
Open 365 days a year. In summer, 9am to 10pm daily and from 8.30am on Saturdays. Last entry is 30 minutes before closing.
