There is no palace-only ticket. The Doge’s Palace is sold as the St Mark’s Square Museums ticket, which also covers the Museo Correr, the National Archaeological Museum and the Monumental Rooms of the Marciana Library. Whether you want the other three or not, you are paying for them.

You will see lower figures quoted elsewhere. Prices for Venice civic museums have been revised and some resale pages still carry the old tariff, so check the total at the official checkout before you commit.
The Secret Itineraries tour is not included
The guided Secret Itineraries route through the old prisons and the Bridge of Sighs interior is a separate product at €40 standard, €20 reduced. People book the €35 ticket expecting it and are disappointed.
