La Lonja Valencia Tickets: Two Euros, and Free on Sundays
Valencia’s UNESCO silk exchange costs 2 euros and is free on Sundays and public holidays — but Sunday hours end at 14:00.
The Llotja de la Seda is a UNESCO World Heritage site with one of the great interiors of late Gothic Europe — a hall of spiralling stone columns built to look like palm trees — and it costs two euros.
And it is free on Sundays
Free all day on Sundays and public holidays. This is standing municipal policy in Valencia and it applies across the city’s monuments — the Torres de Serranos, the Torres de Quart, the Almoina and the Museu Faller are all €2 and all free on Sundays. A Sunday morning built around them costs nothing.
The trap on the other side: Sunday hours end at 14:00, four hours earlier than a weekday. Weekdays and Saturdays run 10:00–19:00, last entry half an hour before.
It is open on Mondays
A lot of guides list a Monday closure. There isn’t one. Closed only on 1 January, 6 January, 1 May and 25 December.
Extras
An audio guide is €2.25 at the desk, in eleven languages, in a full hour version and a shorter one. Sign-language guides are free on request for deaf visitors.
The tower is not part of general admission. The city runs free guided tower visits in campaign seasons, booked in advance by phone, in Valencian, Spanish and English. The ascent is not step-free; the rest of the site is listed as adapted for reduced mobility.
