London Eye Tickets: Only One Tier Has No Time Slot

Standard London Eye tickets lock you to a slot with a 15 minute grace period. Flexi Fast Track removes the slot entirely, which is what you pay extra for.

The difference between the £25 ticket and the £43 one is not really queue-jumping. It is that Flexi Fast Track has no time slot at all — any time on your chosen date. Every other tier binds you to a booked slot.

If your day involves a train that might be late or a lunch that might run long, that is what you are buying.

Prices

A UK VAT cut runs to 1 September 2026 and the Eye passed it on in full — roughly 15% off.

  • Standard & Fast Track: from £25.38 online, reverting to about £29.
  • Flexi Fast Track: from £42.88, reverting to about £49.
  • Combination deals are where the real saving sits: Eye plus Madame Tussauds from £49, against £78 bought separately. Five attractions from £59, against £184.

These are “from” prices and move with demand. Adult means 16 and over; child tickets cover 2 to 15; under-2s are free but still need booking. The Eye says online is up to 26% cheaper than walking up, though it does not publish the gate price.

If you are running late

There is a 15-minute grace period on a booked slot. Beyond that, staff put you on the next available one, which on a busy day is a wait. You can reschedule free up to an hour before.

Currently open 10am to 8.30pm, last admission 30 to 45 minutes before closing. Closed 25 December, and closed for annual maintenance in January. Included on all London Pass tiers, but you must book a slot.

The guides aim for practical detail and a clear recommendation rather than an undifferentiated list. Where a town has no good option, the guides say so and point to the nearest one that does. Guides are AI drafted. A small number have been checked against official listings, and those say so on the page.
