Oceanogràfic Tickets: The Valencia Card Only Saves You 10 Per Cent
The Valencia Tourist Card does not include the Oceanogràfic — it gives 10 per cent off. Adult entry runs from about 31 to 43 euros by season.

People buy the Valencia Tourist Card for the Oceanogràfic. It gets them ten per cent off, and nothing more.
What entry costs
There is no single price. The operator publishes a seasonal grid: roughly €35.90 to €38.30 in low season, €37 to €39.45 in mid, and €41.80 to €43.05 in high season. Its own shop advertises a floor price “from €31” on the quietest dates. Children 4–12, over-65s and visitors with 33% disability pay roughly €26.65 to €31.95.
The gap people notice between quoted prices is the calendar, not the channel. No separate door surcharge is published.
Ten per cent off a €43.05 ticket is €4.31. A 24-hour card costs €15.30. The card’s real value is transport — including the airport metro — not the aquarium.
Included, and not
The dolphin presentations are included. Paid extras: the 4D cinema €3, Sea ARK €5, “The sea in your hands” €7, digital audio guide €4, backstage tour €12. Under-4s free.
Booking and timing
Not mandatory — the ticket office sells same-day and closes an hour before the aquarium. But every ticket is date- and session-specific: you pick an access time and may enter from then until closing.
Closing times swing wildly by date, from 16:00 to 22:00, and some dates are closed altogether. The operator’s calendar is the only authority — a blanket “open 365 days” claim is not supported by it.
On access: ramps and lifts throughout, and wheelchairs are loaned free against a refundable €10 deposit at the Information Point. Note that the neighbouring Hemisfèric’s lift is currently out of service, with a phone number posted for anyone who needs it.
