Sacre-Coeur Tickets: The Dome Entrance Is Outside Security

- Roughly 280 to 300 steps on a narrow spiral staircase. No lift.
- Not advised if you have limited mobility or dislike enclosed spaces.
- Dome hours 10.30am to 9.30pm, last admission 9pm, with a short midday break and seasonal variation.
You cannot book it in advance
The basilica is explicit: tickets are bought at the desk on site, without exception. Any website selling “Sacré-Cœur dome tickets” online is a reseller adding margin to an €8 walk-up ticket. The Paris Museum Pass does not cover it either.
