City of Arts and Sciences Tickets: You Get Three Days, Not One

The combined tickets for Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences are valid across one, two or three consecutive days — not a single exhausting day, which is how most people try to use them.

Individually

  • Museu de les Ciències — from €7.20 on quiet dates, €9.90 standard.
  • Hemisfèric — from €6.90, €8.90 standard.

Combined

  • Museu + Hemisfèric — €14.10
  • Oceanogràfic + Hemisfèric — €45.00
  • Oceanogràfic + Museu — €45.40
  • All three — €51.25

One visit per venue. You may spread them over up to three consecutive days, but you cannot re-enter the same building on a different day.

The Hemisfèric is a cinema, not a museum

This trips people up. Your ticket buys one film of about 45 minutes in the IMAX dome, and you nominate the screening when you buy. Seating is unassigned and there is no entry once the projection has started. It is a fixed commitment in the middle of your day, not a drop-in.

The Museu takes walk-ups happily. Its admission excludes the Space Simulator and similar paid add-ons.

Both open at 10:00 daily with last entry an hour before a seasonally variable close. Neither publishes free days. The Valencia Tourist Card gives 10 per cent off, not free entry.

Accessibility caveat: the Hemisfèric lift is out of service at the time of writing, and the operator asks mobility-impaired visitors to call ahead.
